Gathered while our bees forage across fields of vibrant, star-shaped blue borage blossoms in the Wormley Hill countryside, our Starflower Honey is a true light-golden delicacy. Unusually clear and runny, it has a sweet, gentle flavour with subtle citrus notes — making it one of our most distinctive and sought-after honeys.
We process our Starflower Honey using our traditional raw method: Off the hive, Uncapped, Spun, Settled, and Jarred. We never heat-treat or ultra-filter, ensuring nothing is added and nothing is taken away.
